Examination
Examination Duration: Approximately 8 to 10 months

Registration Fees
1.Registration fees covering the entire validity term (1 to 10 years) shall be made within 2 months from the date of receiving the Notice of Allowance
Validity Term of a Trademark Registration
Valid for 10 years counted form the date of publication.
